Hello friends! A couple of months ago, I bought and downloaded the game Webfishing and ended up playing it with my partner. Here’s what I think of the game!
About Webfishing
Webfishing is a game where you can customize your character to be either a cat or a dog. You can play solo, or you could play with other people. The goal of the game is to catch every fish in the game.
The game divides fish into three categories:
- Freshwater, which can be found in lakes, rivers, and ponds
- Saltwater, which can be found near the beaches
- Misc, which require special conditions to catch these fish
There are a lot of different bait types to use so you can catch different qualities of fish, ranging from worms to catch the easy normal fish to squid, which is used to catch alpha fish.
There are different qualities of fish as well to catch in the game:
- Normal
- Shining
- Opulent
- Alpha
Each quality of fish can be caught using different types of bait.
Gameplay
Gameplay is quite simple in Webfishing. You use your classic WASD to move around, use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out, and to fish, simply click your mouse and to reel in, click the right mouse button.
Webfishing included some fun things, such as the ability to play instruments (guitar and tambourine), as well as the fun factor of having an impromptu boxing match with the boxing gloves. There are even some fun props, such as a toilet and well you can fish out of.

Thoughts
I loved playing Webfishing! It’s a great way to relax and have a great time with my partner when we feel like playing a game together. Although it can be boring at times, Webfishing has a special fishing rod that lets you do other things on the side while waiting for a fish. I also love grinding for the fish. The one negative thing is that it can take a long time to get the golden fish (golden bass and golden manta ray), and patience is really the key. For someone like me, it can be easy to get frustrated. However, you can sell all your duplicate fish and earn a lot of money for upgrades. I’ve learned that being patient is the key to this game, and it doesn’t hurt to catch fish you’ve already caught before.
